Maine Venture Fund is proud to welcome Senscio Systems to our portfolio of innovative Maine start-ups.

Senscio Systems is a virtual chronic health management company addressing the needs of individuals suffering from multiple chronic conditions. Currently, 6 in 10 adults in the US have a chronic condition and 4 in 10 adults have two or more chronic conditions.

Senscio’s software platform, Ibis, leverages proprietary AI technology to provide in-home self-management, delivered through a dedicated tablet, combined with remote coaching for seniors and others with complex healthcare needs.  Ibis addresses two critical needs of a high-risk population, serving as the “eyes and ears” in the home to guide self-management and monitor for signs of health deterioration and providing virtually delivered coaching and coordination to manage underlying chronic conditions at home, minimizing infection risk.  Data collected by Ibis is available to family and professional care team when permitted by the Member.
