Maine Venture Fund Partners with All Stage to Expand Startup and Investor Connectivity

Maine Venture Fund announces its partnership with All Stage, a Boston-based invest-tech platform, to streamline deal distribution and strengthen connections between Maine’s growing startup ecosystem and the broader U.S. investor network.
All Stage’s platform brings collaboration, data, and automation to the fundraising process, creating a stronger investing community that benefits founders, investors, and ecosystem partners alike.
Through the partnership, Maine-based companies can create and manage their own profiles, including fundraising details and data rooms, which MVF can then share across its investor network. Accredited investors can easily discover startups that match their interests and engage directly, simplifying a process that has traditionally been fragmented and time-consuming, and driving investments and facilitating critical relationships between the parties. The platform is now available for startups to set up their profile and for investors to review the companies.
